Refund policy

Returns Policy (see below for Instrument Return Policy) You can purchase items from DigiKuber with confidence as every item we sell comes with our highest recommendation. If you are not completely satisfied or the item isn't what you expected, just return it to us within 30 days along with the sales receipt. The product must be in new condition and with its original packaging. Please note that return products must be reusable.

Damage in Shipment: Please examine your order immediately upon receipt of any damage. All instruments and accessories are examined and verified to be in perfect condition when packed. All packaging is according to the standards of the prevailing carrier. Regardless of the appearance of the carton, any instrument or accessory received in a damaged condition has occurred while in transit and must be reported at once to the carrier.

Exchange Policy:
If the buyer can provide evidence that the product function is defective or the product cannot be used due to its own reasons, we provide a replacement service, the shipping cost of the replacement is borne by the buyer, and we provide a new free product.

Your order was shipped via the international carrier to you. If you want to return the items, please contact your local carrier and deliver the item to us, you need to pay for the return costs. We will refund you after we got the package. If we can't get the package, the refund could not be done. Please pack the items carefully. If the item is damaged during the return process, you need to take responsibility.
