Return Policy

Return Policy (see below for Return Policy Instructions) You can purchase items from DigiKuber with confidence as every item we sell comes with our highest recommendation. If you are not completely satisfied or the item isn't what you expect, just return it to us within 30 days along with the sales receipt. The product must be in new condition and with its original packaging. (Opened boxes of reeds are not returnable) Please note that return products must be resalable.

Damage in Shipment: Please examine your order immediately if any damage upon receipt of it. All instruments and accessories are examined and verified to be in good condition when we pack and ship. All packaging is according to the standards of the prevailing carrier. Regardless of the appearance of the carton, any instrument or accessory received in a damaged condition has occurred while in transit and must be reported at once to the carrier.

Your order is to ship via the international carrier to you. If you want to return the items, please contact your local carrier and deliver the item to us, you need to pay for the return costs. We will refund you after we get the package. If we can't get the package, the refund could not be done. Please pack the items carefully. If the item is damaged during the return process, you need to take responsibility.
